How It Works

Tracking in 4 Steps

STEP 1

Book Your Shipment

Create a booking online or drop your parcel at any branch. Your tracking number is ready straight away.

STEP 2

Scanned at Pickup

Your parcel is scanned the moment our driver collects it and enters the live tracking system.

STEP 3

Updates Along the Way

We log every stage — depot check-in, dispatch, and when the parcel goes out for final delivery.

STEP 4

Delivered

Confirmation comes with the recipient name, timestamp, and photo where applicable.

Not Collected Yet?

If it is past 6pm on your collection day and nobody came, log in to reschedule at no extra charge. It does not happen often but we will sort it out.
